I came in on short notice and not much time on my hands to look at homes. She scheduled me in ASAP to do walkthroughs and look at different models. Rene Chavez and the DR Horton team walked me through the home buying process and made sure I got into my brand new home before my new job was to start. As a first time homebuyer and growing up in a DR Horton home when searching for a home I decided one day to randomly stop in at the DR Horton model home. That’s where I met Rene! He was very welcoming and upon entering he took me to an office where we sat and he showed me homes and talked about pricing, my budget, etc. The 4.99 interest rate and DR Horton incentives helped me confirm that I could afford a brand new home. The fun part was actually going to look at the homes-Rene took me to many available homes and various floor plans to get a feel of what I liked as a buyer, he even told me about other DR Horton neighborhoods in the area and took me to some of those homes to confirm my neighborhood of choice. He was there through the whole home buying process-and if he was ever busy with other homeowners/buyers people on his team made sure I was taken care of. He was always a text or phone call away if I had questions. I 100% recommend a DR Horton home and Rene Chavez and his team!
