Recently closed on a Newmark Home. I’m absolutely impressed and stunned by the modern options available for the front elevations of the floorplans. Karen was awesome and easy to work with. She made sure we saw the process end to end on the best note. Would 100% recommend Newmark Homes to another buyer. Homes are stunning and transitional. I love my house and floorplan. Coventry homes had a similar plan but Newmark had me sold on theirs with a very attractive builder incentive at the time. Ivan also is the construction manager for the builder in the area.. amazing gentlemen and he had instilled confidence in me with weekly updates and schedules. Newmark is on top of the game. A+ end to end.
