We purchased my house from NewMark Homes in Katy 9-year ago. The overall quality of the house is good, although there are some minor problems. We only contacted with the customer service twice in past 9 years. Every time, we received positive and prompt response from the customer service. Gordan F. in NewMark Homes is very responsible and helpful for fixing the problem. I really appreciated his help and professional attitude to NewMarks customer.

Newmark Homes is definitely top notch. We built our home in a subdivision that we had never seen prior to starting this process. We moved to the Houston area from Virginia but Joe and Rhonda kept us in the loop weekly via phone and made us feel like we were physically there during the entire process. I received top notch customer service and complete honesty. I highly recommend Newmark homes! They go out of their way to ensure that the customers are completely satisfied.

Newmark built a home in pine mill ranch for us and the entire experience has been beyond great. they are very helpful, flexible, friendly and we are extremely satisfied with the build quality. floor plans are also amazing, no wasted spaces. great selections and options - our house truly feels uniquely ours.
