I want to say thank Tawanna, Dallas, and Patrick. The purchase of my first home had its bumps in the road, but these 3 never left my side during the process. During the building of my new home, they kept me in the loop every step of the way ! Unfortunately, I was not able to use Pulte lending, but I did find a lending company that was able to assist and work with me for the purchase of my new home using a VA loan. Thank Pulte/Centex I love my forever home !!!!

It had been a great experience ! From the planning to the weekly calls/meetings about progress. Dallas our construction manager went above and beyond to explained everything before closing. He is such a fun, friendly, and awesome guy 🤩.We have a really good experience with Dallas and Tawanna.Thanks for everything 👍

I just recently closed on my new home. Ms. Tawanna was always available to answers any and all of my questions. Tawanna and the construction site managers provided me with weekly updates on the status and progress of my home. My home was complete ahead of schedule. I was given over 30K cash and incentives for closing cost and to buy down interest rates points. Thus far I have only positive to say about the team at Newberry Point, excellent job. If you looking for a new build please give Tawanna a call.
