I visited the model home and the Netze Homes construction site recently because I was already close by and in the market to purchase. I was dazzled by the high-quality materials, unique energy saving designs and construction, recycled steel frames, awesome value, Frank Lloyd Wright inspired style, and BEAUTY of their dream homes vs. cookie cutter homes (way too common today). I just happened to meet their CEO, Partner, VP, Construction Managers, Realtor etc. who told me and showed me how NH is revolutionizing the entire home building industry. So I took photos to share since words are not enough... The inside of their 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 environmentally friendly model home at 3100 Tower Ridge Dr., Corinth TX was everything I wanted in a dream home. I just loved the fact that each one of their new homes offers significant monthly energy savings, uses steel from recycled vehicles, and saves 50 trees. Wahoo! Im one thrilled new home shopper.😁👍👍 The five-star customer service from 6 friendly folks on my visit was so refreshing. ***If you are a serious home buyer, RE investor, or Realtor, RUN dont walk to this game-changing homebuilders stunning model homes before they are gone. Trust me, Im a life-long skeptic who focuses on quality construction, value and design since I entertain clients/guests/friends in my home. Photos attached.🤓👍👍 THANK YOU!!!

Netze, built us a beautiful home! Moreover, they have followed through on their construction. It’s a recently developed outfit and anytime purchasing (new construction) there is gonna be some ups and downs, working out the kinks. Five star review from us, so far!**Update 10/9/24. Netze standing behind their product!! Our house feels like home. Keep up the good work Netze.

I was able to learn the technology involved in these homes and I must say it’s quite impressive! I also walked through to see all of the innovative technology used to help save money on your home bills. The staff was very knowledgeable and broke it down so we could really understand. It’s also quite beautiful with styling and the layout. I see our family investing in one soon!

Ive had the pleasure of visiting all of the Netze Homes community grounds and have met with the team a few times over the past few months as they rollout this revolutionary, innovative approach to home design & home building. The vision, people, technology, and aesthetic are second to none. I look forward to following their journey and experiencing their communities across the DFW metroplex landscape.

Had the opportunity to see the model home and speak with the team about the technology behind the construction….super innovative design and the home was beautiful! Love that they are using recycled steel instead of wood framing…. Can’t wait for them to expand!!

Love the design, price, steel framing, and quick build timeline personally! Kim Maher walked me through their build process and design center. Its definitely standing out to me based on other homes in this price point!

Refreshing to see a company like Netze in the DFW area. They’re doing some really amazing stuff building with recycled steel, saving trees, it all really aligns with my values.. homes are looking awesome too - we just drove by in Corinth… Wife and I keeps thinking about relocating back to the area and this just makes it that much easier to make that decision.

Unique home designs, extremely innovative, and love what they are doing for the environment. The website is super easy to navigate though and get in contact with an agent. Overall, a great company.
