My Brother was very fortunate to obtain a lease on a NAPA cottage back last year when there were only a half dozen completed at that time. Originally designed for a group of four college age students, these have an exceptionally well laid out floor plan for accommodating singles, or couples equally as well. The vaulted ceiling with recessed canned lighting over the combined living/dining room area gives a truly open airy feel to the house as a whole in spite of the other wise relatively small square footage. If you are looking, and are seriously interested I would recommend you dont wait to put your name on the list as these are being leased as soon as their construction is completed.
