After a fire nearly totaled one of my fourplexes , Craig at Modern Amenity Homes helped me to rebuild. He was easy to work with yet very professional. Communication was never an issue. He took many pictures, worked with my insurance adjuster, property manager, and other professionals. The finished product looked great and those units continue to be favored by my tenants. -
