We contacted Josh Unger out of the blue when we were looking for home designers in our area and Mod+Co turned out to be just what we needed. Josh was very responsive, educational and accommodating during the whole process of his systematic/phased approach to home designing. We started with the elements of a home that we thought were essential and Josh made recommendations to improve upon our ideas. We had several video meetings and at least two onsite walkthroughs over 3-4 months to ensure that we were heading in the right direction with our plans. After many video calls, emails, sleeping on it and talking, Josh designed exactly what we wanted, and we couldnt be happier with the final design. We look forward to beginning construction on the forever home that we designed with Mod+Co.

We have worked with Mod+Co and Josh for the past two years. He helped us conceptualize our project and has been involved every step of the way. He is an excellent listener and he turned our vision into reality - first, through use of 3D BIM modeling and blueprint drafting and second, through his assistance with selecting quality finishes and recommendations for construction products. He was involved in generating and evaluating all quotes/estimates provided by subcontractors including HVAC, septic system, flooring, lighting, rain gutters and landscape design. Throughout the project, he provided oversight, project management and overall quality inspections. He is an excellent communicator and delivers on his commitments. His involvement and leadership is a primary reason we were able to complete our project on schedule and budget while living 2,000 miles from the construction project. I have no reservations in recommending Mod+Co and Josh as they have surpassed all expectations and I would use them again without hesitation.
