We reached out to Milagro Homes about a semi-custom build in mid 2022. We had previously walked through several of their other builds and were impressed. After speaking with the owners, we decided to move forward with them for this build. The process of building went smoothly from having our plans finalized, to beginning construction. Once construction was underway, we experienced no major delays. Milagro ensured the proper contractors were lined up and on track. Any questions we had were answered. Our home was completed in early 2023, well within the contract deadline. We’re happy we built with Milagro Homes and highly recommend them.
