What a great blend of beautifully constructed homes, excellent realtor support staff, energy efficient features and a bright open and well appointed homesites. The veranda Community is an active Family community with all the HOA amenities one would expect.

M/I homes is the best builder out there. They are very responsive in a very timely manner. The sales reps, Tim and Rickey, even answers his phone for us in his day off, talk about dedication. The construction manager is always available, and made everything to our liking. We worked with two, Justin and Marco. They are both extremely knowledgeable and personable. When it was time to close Teresa and Eunice were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone.
