Building our first home with MI Homes was a great idea, from the beginning of the process to the closing they did a wonderful job. All their staff are so polite, and ready to help. Between Rod, Heather my loan officer and Wesley our builder it was a wonderful experience and our home is beautiful. We absolutely love it. MI Homes also has many great designs, I have recommended them to family and friends since we moved into our home. And Wesley our builder still follows up with us weekly to make sure that everything is ok. Thank you MI for a beautiful home. -

I went to visit Rod out at Twin hills and was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge as I am a first time home buyer. Roderic walked me through the entire steps and followed up with me weekly with updates on my new home. The delivery was absolutely amazing from the ceilings to the floors! I highly recommend MI Homes and Roderic Smith. -
