Rich was an amazing sales rep. He helped us and went above and beyond to get everything that was needed before the move in date. Highly Recommend MI homes and use Rich. Anything we needed he made sure it was done right away. Very smooth and easy process which is something not alot of people say when buying and moving into a new home.

Rich and Randy here have been nothing short of amazing!! As a realtor that has dealt with New Construction in the past thier communication and helpfulness has been very refreshing. Any delay or completed step in the process and Rich is on the phone calling both myself and my buyer with an update. Randy during the pre drywall walk through was very detail oriented and emphasized that my client being happy was top priority. Wish all New Construction homes were like this.
