We have been living in Sage Valley since 2021. We love its location! Conveniently located 5 minutes from Lackland and about 20 minutes from downtown. The neighborhood is relatively safe and quiet. There are a few nuisances and petty crimes but nothing beyond what is to be expected in San Antonio.The builder responded quickly to the minor issues that we have experienced. For example, one of our pipes was leaking water into our closet. I called and they sent someone out the same day to fix it on the weekend.Overall I would buy in this neighborhood again. We are enjoying our home layout and the convenient location. No Im not affiliated with M/I Homes or a realtor. Just a homeowner in the neighborhood.

I live here, its great 😀. I think the houses could be a little bit farther apart but ehh its still a decently new and fairly quiet neighborhood.

These are very beautiful homes the neighborhood is quite tranquil and they have fixed up this area really really nicely.
