Nice location on 2243 / Parkside parkway with nature living and Leander ISD schools, Wilco MUD. Highly recommended! Though it is falling under Georgetown, it is not coming under Georgetown city limit and hence can not use some of Georgetown resident benefits provided by the City (cost free library card for example). Hoping that this will be taken care soon.
