We had an old house built in 1970, 1700 sq ft with a very closed off layout made the house feel even smaller. We asked Eliel from Metro remodeling how to make our space more efficient and add value to the home. What he was able to reconfigure by opening a wall and repurposing space to expand the kitchen was pure genius. His expertise was extremely valuable and the whole team was extremely professional. Open communication the whole project with timely milestones and updates. I recommend Eliel and his company to all my family and friends. They set the expectation high and surpassed it! I had peace of mind which in construction and remodeling projects, is very hard to find.

My experience with Eliel, Jr., and their team at Metro Remodeling has been nothing short of amazing! Metro remodeled my upstairs bathroom back in 2016 and I recently had them remodel my kitchen and half bathroom. Their attention to detail, the cleanliness of the areas being worked on as well as the team being so pleasant is what sets them apart. Right after the completion of the kitchen remodel, my son managed to drive the car right through the garage and did some major damage to the garage door and the exterior wall of the garage. Metro literally was on the job the next day, started demolition and replaced overhead beams, garage door, exterior work and completed this in two days! Lifesaving! I highly recommend them and all of my neighbors say when it is time for them to do some remodeling they want Metro Remodelings number!

All I can say is that I am extremely happy and grateful for the excellent workmanship . The crew went above and beyond with the project and were extremely courteous towards us . They replaced all our siding with Hardie cement birds to give us that stucco look , while also installing OSB and new insulation on the exterior of our home . JR and Elial were clear, honest and very professional throughout the process . Ponchiano was our lead on the project and all I can say about him was that he was fantastic . I highly recommend Metro and will be using them for all our future needs .
