I consider myself a good judge of character and I knew Mark Melton would be our builder within 5 mins of meeting him. During the building process he proved me right. Hes honest and easy to get along with. He says what he means and means what he says, which I really appreciate. We had never built a custom home before so we didnt know what to expect, but our building experience was smooth and relatively stress free and we couldnt be happier with our home. It was even finished ahead of schedule.Our General Contractor , Gary, is THE BEST! He kept us informed constantly along the way and his attention to detail is unmatched. Gary has high standards and will not accept any mediocre work. If its not right, he makes it right.Mark and Gary are both not just great at their jobs but people that anyone would love to be friends with.

We had an amazing experience building our home with Mark and his team. I don’t have one bad thing to say about any of his trades! We had a budget and Mark worked with us on different ways to decrease cost but not quality. With building a house things come up-supplies can be hard to find, things can turn out differently then you imagined-but Mark(and his trades) was able to find ways to work around all of that! We won’t be building again any time soon, but we would definitely use him again when the time came!

Great builder and people to work with! They built a small custom home for us in Anna and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. Both Mark and David took time to be very detailed and communicated very well throughout the process. Even as we requested changes and/or fixes for mistakes we made in planning or finish selections they got it done. I doubt we will build another house but if we did, I’ll call Melton Custom Homes in a heartbeat!!
