We bought our new home from Megatel Homes and moved into Manors at Woodbridge last week. Overall, going through the construction process was a fantastic experience. Throughout the six months, Dana assisted us anytime we required modifications or build progress updates. She is quite prompt, and I believe she is the best. Dana assisted us in color selection and was extremely patient. I owe her thanks for the upgrades suggestions. Andrew, the construction manager, is a terrific guy who is always accessible for a quick fix. Being the first one to move into this neighborhood makes us very happy.

We have been living in a Megatel home now for 1 1/2 years. I still really like the house. I agree that they do added touches that go a long way (ex. tall decorative front door, pebble stone driveway, higher ceilings). The house is higher quality than some of the others in the neighborhood as well. I would buy a Megatel home again.

If you are looking for a new house. This is the place you need to come to. The homes and great and the price is totally worth it. Love this community.
