Visited a friend and this neighborhood is still being built. It doesnt have much space for visitor parking. It looks like very nice buildings. Not much for outside space, needs a park.

We waited a long to time to find the right location for the right price. Megatel, Rex, and the team came through with what we wanted and fairly negotiated. Rex and Brad were quick to address nearly every issue and they have continued to do so post-closing. The Design team was phenomenal and we worked great with them picking out our selections and customizing things they way we wanted to. There is a great variety in selections which made it fun! While the building process took a while, we are glad to finally be here!

Rex has been great, always responsive, polite and informative. When my wife and I came out for two separate visits he battled through a broken bone and walked up three floors with us. Great job!

I am very happy with my townhome at Wade Settlement. You cant get a better location in Frisco! Rex was wonderful to work with. I have been moved in almost 2 months, and so far I have not run into any issues with my home. I am happy I chose to buy here!

My wife and I recently drove by this community. Its nice, and seems laid out well for this area in Frisco. Considering this community however, price points, and accessibility options for our family are being looked at to help with navigating 3 levels...we have found other communities as well with better pricing and nice finish out and design...
