Really cool neighborhood and extremely easy to work with! The sales rep, Kyle Kay, was nice enough to come give me a tour on his day off. Overall I felt supported throughout the process and would recommend checking out legend homes to anyone. We ended up going with another builder in a different town but can confidentially say Kyle and Legend homes had their stuff organized/streamlined more than any other builder we looked at.

Eric made it possible for me to achieve my goals of becoming a homeowner before the age of 21. I was really worried that I was making a bad decision buying a house so young, but Eric sent videos of the house progress weekly and kept me updated on possible delays which really calmed me down. They’re all very communicative, professional, and willing to help you even after you’ve moved in. If I had the money, I’d definitely work with them again to purchase another home.
