Last Feb.7, we closed our escrow and bought a 4BR 2B home in Mason Woods, Cypress. The whole experience from selecting a house, inspection, to the walk-through, escrow closing and moving in was awesome primarily because Rhonda, sales agent, was very accommodating and available,patiently answering all our questions and kept us updated throughout the whole home-buying process. The builders representative (sorry, I forgot his name) had the same helpful and patient attitude. The tornado hit our area last week causing power outage due to downed transformers and power lines but the built homes remained intact. The obvious damages were some of the wooden fencing, street signs and felled trees. Thank God we were all safe.
