My wife and I was completely impressed with the extraordinary experience we had with Lianne Bonner. We were invited by our realtor to take a look at the new homes in this subdivision. She had an extremely warm personality that made it an enjoyable tour of the homes for sale. The incentives were phenomenal! We are definitely considering buying a home. Lianne was very instrumental in helping me close my deal with my clients. Lastly I must say that Marlow Lakes has some very nice homes with great floor plans. You can not go wrong with this builder. My Wife and I are looking for a new home, We get text all day by different realtors trying to get us to sign there contract so that they get commission on what ever we buy, after talking to Leanne over the phone and making a appointment at the last minute she actually stayed a little late to accommodate us. We pulled up and she met us in the front of the office with a huge smile as if we had been friends for years. We followed her to a bunch of different homes and we felt no pressure, her knowledge of her market is amazing, she had answers to all of our questions, knew the area of town. Love her vibe and energy, it’s so nice to meet genuine people now days, I’ve been disappointed in people recently !!
