We are so blessed to call this wonderful community home. Easy access to downtown Houston, but surrounded by open space and nature.The builder’s vision for the community is to create affordable housing options without sacrificing quality.The area is changing rapidly and we have been enjoying our time so far in this new community!

My experience was exceptionally great from my first conversation with Jesse. He is phenomenal in what he does. Every question, no matter the day or time, was answered. Every text Jesse responded to in a timely fashion. If I had a question that was not part of his area, he would immediately tell me who I needed to contact and provided me with contact information. Jesse made my first time purchasing a home a pleasant experience. I will forever be grateful to Jesse and I will not hesitate to refer anyone to him. “Thank you Jesse for your great customer service! Ive many warranty issues that haven’t been resolved (submitted many times). We were scheduled for last Monday and nobody showed up (no calls, texts, emails to notified me) I called, emailed and texted and haven’t heard back from anyone. Again.. we were scheduled for today 09/26/23 8 am-12 pm and from the many vendors that have to complete outstanding warranty issues just one vendor showed up (which his work was already completed) took the morning off from work to be home. This is ridiculous!!UPDATE- all issues have been addressed

The location is awesome and the homes are priced very well compared to others in the same area! The sales team is at the top of their game and you can tell they are excited about building homes in Maple Heights!
