We have been working with Tina (sales) & Jenn (builder) at Mantua Point in Van Alstyne, TX since October 2021. They have provided the absolute best experience possible! Throughout the entire home build process we have received a weekly update. They literally call on speaker phone, together, EVERY SINGLE WEEK! Who does that?! David Weekley Homes is completely different than our previous home builder. Everyone we have dealt with; Tina, Jenn, Katie, Conner, the folks at the design center, Kevin with warranty, etc. they are all so professional and kind. You feel like part of the family, at David Weekley, and that’s huge! We can’t say enough good things about the business, the people, the process, all of it. We will forever recommend David Weekley Homes!!

My husband and I have had the best experience working with Jen, Tina, Connor, and Katie!From day 1, Tina showed us the beauty that is Mantua. She is so personable and spent a great deal of time working with us to find the right plot to build our first home together. Katie then used her skills to help us design this home so easily, which got us really excited to move in! After that, Jen has worked so hard to ensure that everything went smoothly from inspections to close. Connor comes around now after close and helps us with any questions we have! The teamwork is brilliant. We knew David Weekley was good, but now we know theyre GREAT! THANK YOU DW TEAM!!!

It was a pleasure working with Tina Apke of David Weekly homes. She was extremely helpful in making all the selections from choosing the lot to frequent changing of design choices. She was available to us every minute from that first call/email to the final closing via video calls, chats, phone calls and emails all throughout the process which made it so easy and smooth even though were far away in California. We also got excellent support from Jenn Walters who managed the construction in an efficient manner and with the weekly updates we were getting as well as timely responses to all of our frequent questions, We closed on time, mainly due to the close attention to every detail by Tina and Jenn who are an amazing team to work with from David Weekley Homes…

We were recently searching for our “rest of our life” home, leaving behind the rat race of North Dallas. We visited numerous communities in the DFW area, each coming close, but not hitting the target we were looking for. Then we visited the Mantua community in Van Alstyne and knew this was where we wanted to be. We looked at each of the builders in the community, but the one builder who stood out head and shoulders above the rest was David Weekly Homes. Their representative, Tina Apke, was incredibly knowledgeable, very professional, and a delight to work with. She showed us several options until we saw what was indeed - our “rest of our life” home. All through the sales process, the build out process (we purchased a home that was already under construction), the closing, and even during move in, Tina helped shepherd us through each phase, making the entire experience an incredibly delightful journey.
