We bought a home built by Malvaiz in Oct 2019 in Liberty Hill TX. We have built several homes over our years. Im a top real estate agent in the US who moved to TX from Ohio when I retired. I can easily say this house is by far the best built home we have owned and also that Ive sold...and Ive sold thousands in my careerIt was a joy to work with Roy and his son Roger. They do not cut any corners...and deliver a great home. We are so glad to have found them. They stand behind what they build. Ours is one of few homes in our neighborhood with *zero* builder/warranty issues.This builder is very honest and we cant recommend them enough! We will definitely be having Roy build our pool house with outdoor kitchen and guest quarters soon. Thank you Roy and Roger- we LOVE our new home!! β€οΈ
