LTX is my new family after 4 months of taking the adventure of a lifetime together as they built a home for us (ground to completion) conducive to retirement in the next decade. We’re still young but now empty nesters and found ourselves wanting to decrease our home footprint but still be able to accommodate future grandkids and overnight visitors. Our 4 bedroom LTX home in Lago Vista was the perfect choice!We had not purchased a new home in 25 years and were unsure what the process would be. LTX worked closely with our Real Estate agent, recommended a fine Broker (we hadn’t had one before and didn’t comprehend the benefit Candy brought to the table), and took mindful care of our asks in a timely fashion.Steve, Ashley, Colton, Rich, Eve, and even Gramp Murphy who sent us a great epoxy guy (JC) for the garage floor were and remain part of our new life as we’ve moved from Georgetown and as we get immersed in Lago. They swing by periodically to check on how we’re doing and stay close to their LTX extended family as witnessed through a wonderful drive of Lago Steve took us on the day we Closed. We’re ecstatic to be in this new community In a beautiful home. His response times were impeccable, and no matter what question or concern I had, he was always quick to address it and take care of everything with such dedication. Its rare to find such consistent and reliable communication, and Matt truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.As for the house itself--WOW! Its more beautiful than I ever imagined. The attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and design choices have made this home a dream come true. Our whole buying process with LTX Builders was easy and the people were outstanding. Matt Lade, who is the professional that takes over your house building after the slab, is just amazing. He lives a couple of blocks away in an LTX house as well. Super informative and always helpful. Took care of us throughout the purchase process and afterwards. Wow there’s a reason why these homes are in such demand!!! My husband and I recently bought a gorgeous home in Lago Vista built by LTX and their amazing crew that we were able to customize exactly the way we wanted. There’s a lot of new builds popping up here and when I first moved to the area I could see that the LTX homes always sold FAST while other home from other builders homes sat at extraordinarily high prices for very long times... We got the perfect home built for us for a very reasonable cost in this market compared to other builders. I can’t express how happy I have been with the ease of working with LTX from start to finish. They really know their stuff and I am so happy I chose the right builders for my family home. You won’t regret working with these guys! -

We bought our first home from LTX a year ago. Not only do we love the home, but this family business has showed up for us within minutes for any question or little issue. When the weather suddenly shifted and the back door swelled too much to close, they were there in ten minutes and fixed it on the spot. It REALLY is a family business, too. Everyone is extremely friendly and available for anything at all. Its been a huge relief to feel so supported as new homeowners, and it gives us faith they will honor our long-term warranty. I really cant say enough good things about our experience with them! We feel very lucky to have so much trust in the people who built our home. -

Me and my wife couldn’t say enough on how much we appreciate LTX for doing everything they did in such short notice. This Company did and still continues to go way above and beyond for us. Especially Matt. Like any new home it will always come with 1 or 2 little things that need addressing. The 2 times I’ve reached out to LTX and Matt. I’m talking with in the hour he himself as well as his crew showed up and adjusted a door and the other was adjusting a towel hanger. He is so professional as well as family oriented. -

My wife and I moved from the Dallas area to Lago Vista in May of 2022 and were able to find a beautiful home built by LTX Home Builders. Rich and Steve Lade, along with Steve Murphy and the rest of their team have been great to deal with as we have moved in and adjusted to our new home. We have been impressed with the quality of our home and the materials that were used. While overall we have not had any major issues, any small concerns that we have brought to their attention have been immediately addressed.We could not be happier with our decision to use LTX and would recommend them to anyone looking to build in this area! -

I had removed new construction from my search lists. After hearing horrible stories about the major builders in this area we were not interested in a new construction home but we werent finding anything so I opened up the possibility.We are so glad we did! LTX is a local, family owned builder that actually cares about their customers. Our home is built very well and we can tell extra care went into the details.The LTX team has been great to work with through the entire process. I love my brand new house from LTX Homebuilders. The biggest thing is that I’m very happy I decided to move out to Lago Vista. I’ve only been living in Lago Vista for a few weeks now but I feel like my overall quality of life has improved dramatically. It’s just so much less stressful living outside of the city. Buying this house was probably one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I plan on living here in my new house for a very long time!One thing I’d like to say to is that when you buy a house from LTX, you’re buying it from a Family, not a big business. Which in my opinion is a huge plus -

They provided me with a quote quickly. They were able to get my fence scheduled within a two week period and did an excellent job. Ive received so many compliments from friends about just how gorgeous the fence turned out! They are extremely friendly and easy to work with and answered all the questions I had. Zero complaints. Id use them again in the future! -

I am very pleased we decided to buy a home from LTX Home Builders. From the very beginning they listened to our needs and made them happen. We bought the house several weeks before it was finished so they were able to make adjustments for a wheelchair as well as installing grab bars in the shower and by the toilet. They addressed every need we had with sincerity and a pleasant attitude and have accomplished everything they said they would do. I am very grateful to the builder, Rich Lade and his team. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and well built. I love the windows, and all the light that comes in. The kitchen is beautiful and it’s so easy to work in. It is an open concept design, which makes it comfortable for everyone. I love the master bedroom and bath. The shower is quite large. And has an opening large enough for a wheelchair. I decided not to put glass doors or glass on the pony walls around the shower because I am tired of cleaning spots on the glass. It’s wonderful and no water gets outside the shower because of the size of the shower. I love it! Lago Vista is home to LTX Home Builders and they consider their clients part of their family and are pleased that people have decided to make Lago Vista their home and to become part of their amazing community. I added some upgrades during the purchasing process and they accomplish all well before closing, and the quality was outstanding.
