I just replaced my roof with Lonestar roofing. I am very happy and satisfying with their work.They went far and beyond to help me with my roof. I wanted to give a shout out to Wes. He is great and very helpful. This is my 1st time dealing with roof replacement procedures and i was cluless about everything. Wes explained everthing and kept me informed about all the steps and procedures. Lonestar sorting out everything with my insurance company, getting HOA permit/approval, City permit and even scheduling someone from the City to come and inspection my roof after the work was finished.The crew did a wonderful job on the roof and clearing out all the debris.I highly recommend working with Lonestar Roofing.

Wesley Wise you were great from beginning to end on my roof inspection and installation the whole process went smoother than anticipated. Your are professional, very knowledgeable and patient. Wesley communicated with insurance adjustor and had all arrangements done so I didn’t have to. The crews were very hard working, considerate and professional. Cleaned up after the job after it was finished better than I have ever seen a roofing crew do before. Wesley I love the color of shingles you suggested. Mr. Jackson gave me a chance to build a patio to the house so the can install the roof at the same time and make it look like it was not an addition. I was looking to redo my fence after storms had a nice go. I found LoneStar located just within the neighborhood. While reviewing the fence they also gave me additional details on other services they provide. As it has been awhile since having the roof inspected, they offered a free inspection. The same storm that took out the fence left its mark on the roof. One thing that i found EXCEPTIONAL was Jacksons approach. He was very helpful and professioal in laying out what needs to happen and was able to talk to the insurnace company on my behalf. No insurance games! Jackson dealt with them and got the ball rolling. Nice and easy!The roof looks great. Great quality. The crew showed up on time, they did a great job including the clean-up afterwards and Jackson kept me in the loop during the roof install if some other minor repairs were needed. This was a wonderful experience. Jackson, if you catch this, thank you for everything from day 1 to getting the roof and fence done! You Rock Sir!!

They actually did the work at the end of April. Now that Ive had a little time to see the how their results stand up to our spring weather, Im all the more pleased. The roof looks fantastic and no issues. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had my water heater bust this past weekend. He got someone out first thing in the morning, and if I had felt it was an emergency I am sure he would have come out that same day on a Sunday. We were hit by the hail storm in late March and as expected were bombarded with every roofer in DFW the following morning. It was very overwhelming. We had so many options to choose from and are 100% confident we chose the best option with Lonestar. Tim and his team far exceeded our expectations. His knowledge of the home insurance claim process was extremely helpful to us. He walked us through the process and kept us informed every step of the way. His team was timely and polite. They went above expectations with set up and clean up taking careful precautions to keep our pool and our flowerbeds clean. The free upgrades and attention to details makes our roof the prettiest in our neighborhood. It is a rare find when you come across a contractor who keeps every promise they make. We cannot thank Lonestar enough for making the process as hassle free as possible.

I was completely overwhelmed with multiple restoration companies, insurance adjusters, etc in my home after a water leak ruined my flooring. Lonestar came in, communicated with me, took care of all the details and completed the job efficiently and excellently. They have excellent attention to detail. Each time something small came up (as it will with any job), it was addressed and fixed. They installed new flooring in my entire house, repaired drywall, painted, installed transitions and baseboards. I will definitely be considering them if I need any other work done!

Honest, trustworthy and friendly service. Tim & Bre are some great people loving caring people and will take care of you! I can’t say enough about them. Timothy with Lonestar RAC cleared up a roof issue we had been having for over 6 months. We were told we needed a new roof by another contractor and we also had damage in our attic. Our insurance denied it and we had a Public Adjuster out and he told us we could go either way with getting the insurance to comply with the evaluation and cover it. We were still lost and didn’t know what to do about our attic damage either. After having him out, the attic is now fixed and it was very minimal and we in fact, do not need a new roof. I can’t say enough about his honest service. It eased our minds and helped us end the 6 month long pending and worrisome question of if we needed a new roof or not! He went above and beyond to get us taken care of and was still helpful even though we needed minimal work done and not a big job! Thank you so much!

They had the materials needed with them and were able to fix it immediately without having to make another appointment. Bobbie took great care of me. Ive had many roofers come give their pitches, Bobbie took the time to explain how the insurance covers a claim and every step of the process. Even when I realized that I missed my opportunity to have my damaged roof covered by insurance, Bobbie and Tim (owner) personally came to ensure we could work out a fair deal to get my entire roof replaced. This team has my trust, and that means more to me than any low balled pitch that could come my way. They cut no corners and went above and beyond to ensure I was educated in every step of the process. On time and replaced my entire roof in 1 day. Phenomenal job by a Phenomenal Team!!

Wesley, Dusty and tim from lonestar did an outstanding job on our kitchen, flooring, carpet installation, lights and fixtures stuff, painting and fire place. They have amazing talent at lonestar and have a team of true artisans who take exceptional pride in their work and it shows. They do great work. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again for our future projects. Our project is still ongoing and it’s going at full swing will update more of my customizations and upgrades that Wes and team have delivered. I can bet no one in DFW are thorough with the quality of work . They have detailed oriented process as part of project. They go through with walk through, design (shared by me), delivery and Wes/Dusty comes out for quality assurance to ensure things are done correctly. Dusty has been amazing project manager and kudos to him.They did get me a stadium seating setup for my media. Awaiting for nice theatre style carpet and this will be the best home theatre :-). If you are around in Texas I definitely recommend them for big home remodels.
