Living Stone has been the best contractor to date that Ive worked with. The diverse set of skills on their team along with their commitment to quality and communication made this the easiest project weve done, despite the fact it has been the biggest. We worked with Derek, John, Kory, and Randy the most and had a great time with them even when the weather and logistical issues caused problems. Everything was resolved and handled fairly and in a considerate manner. Would highly recommend their team for remodels or builds.

Derek and his team are fantastic to work with! They did a large remodeling project on our home last year and we have had them out again recently for additional work because we trust them so much. Everyone on the team has been professional, responsive and easy to work with. They have always stayed on budget with us and always complete the work by the date they say they will. Over the years we’ve had a lot of different contractors for various projects and we always had some kind of issues to deal with … working with living stone construction - this was the first job we had completed where everything went as planned. This was a big job but they have the best crews working for them and they got the job done in no time - highly recommend them!

Found these guys on the internet and I am so happy I did. They were great! They came out to look at what we needed and really worked with our budget. What I like about Derrick and his team, they are project masters. They have personally worked on two larger projects at 2 of my homes. They can find a solution and his team is efficient and knowledgeable and caring. He knows how to remodel and delivers when he says he will. He communicated well with me during both projects. There were no surprises and he stayed on budget and took care of business professionally. Thats hard to find. Will hire again!

I’ve been through a few remodels and living stone is by far the easiest and most professional company I’ve dealt with. They do what they say in the timeline they present. Any questions or concerns are met with responsive action and professionalism. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.
