LindLee Design Build has been an invaluable partner to recommend to my real estate clients. On multiple occasions, they have been attentive and patient while transforming clients visions, always with more details considered to ensure the final product is not only beautiful, but functional. They have the knowledge, perseverance, and crew to see any project through with grace and professionalism. The construction crews are knowledgeable, diligent, friendly, and care deeply about the workmanship and final product. If you are looking for quality and modern designed homes coupled with professional and responsive customer service, then look no further! I highly recommend doing business with Rob and Lisa of LindLee Design Build --Keep out for their next projects because it will likely go quick!I purchased a LindLee Design Build home in Southtown San Antonio in May 2019 and have enjoyed my entire experience with Lisa and Robert!First, the design on the home was JUST what I was looking for! Open floor space design, clean lines, quality cabinetry, detailed paint finishes, great appliances, etc. Given my situation, it was everything I needed. Additionally, the home home was in a prime location of the ever growing Southtown neighborhood.Secondly, Lisa and Rob were the very responsive with every question and comment I had before, during, after closing on the home. This has been my 3rd home purchased experience where I bought directly from a builder and LindLee Design Build by far have exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. When you email, call, and/or text, Rob or Lisa respond immediately. Never once did I feel like I had to re-follow up on an inquiry.Thank you Lisa and Rob for all you do! They pay attention to detail, always work to find the best quality within budget for the client, and never loose focus on customer service. LindLee homes are so thoughtfully designed to maximize space and create light-filled rooms with beautiful proportions. The detailing takes advantage of each material’s best qualities, so that surfaces shine with clarity and precision. Having seen some of them during construction, I know the workmanship is top quality and will serve homebuyers well, for a long time. A purchase from LindLee is an investment in quality!

I don’t know where to start, Lisa and and Robert are amazing, wonderful, passionate people, and it really shows in their work. Their designs are thoughtful and absolutely stunning. They take the time to make things the right way, and are always think of the little details. 100/10 would recommend! I’m always so excited to see what their next ideas are!
