The entire crew was very knowledgeable and welcoming. They have the best rates and mortgage prices. 3k upfront, and its all yours. I loved the fact that the house is newly built. They are VA loan friendly and definitely detailed. My time there left me very confident in owning my 1st home.

Currently in the process of purchasing our first home in this area. William and Melisa are guiding us through this whole process. The process can feel overwhelming at times, but I personally want to thank them both for making this process feel easier and putting us at ease when needed.
