I LOVE my new home at Sweetwater Ridge. It exceeds all of my expectations and is the perfect fit for me and my family. Working with Ryder and Brandi has been absolutely amazing! They are very welcoming and made the process super easy. I love the fact that I can reach out to either Ryder or Brandi and they are right there to help! If you’re looking for a new home in a safe, friendly and family oriented environment I would highly recommend Sweetwater Ridge. ❤️

I recently purchased my first home in this neighborhood, Chris is the person who sold it to us. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about the home being built but more importantly he was so incredibly patient with me. I had zero experience in home buying and was scared to death to say the least. He walked me through the whole process and was always willing to give me encouraging words! Definitely one of the most scariest but wonderful choices that I have made in life! Thanks again Chris!

Christopher Wilson was the best!! He helped my son and I to complete the long and complicated process of purchasing a home. He was resourceful, patient and encouraging the whole time. He answered all our questions in detail about was was going to happen, even the possibility of being denied. We were denied the 1st time and then again. We were going to give up. Christopher called back and said he would try again with a different type of loan. It was approved and we just moved in within a 30 day time span. He not only got us a house, he got us the exact house we originally wanted with a great rate! I would recommend Christopher Wilson to anyone who is looking to buy a house, he is the best!!

We love our new home!! Elaine who helped was great all the way thru!! The homes and community are amazing. Some of these negative reviews are totally ridiculous.
