I was a little skeptical when it came to me being able to qualify for a house but Nick reassured me and not only helped me find my first home but it was also my ideal home. He and Logan were very communicative and informative which made the process so easy and unbelievable and I viewed the house November 10th and was able to close and move in December 2nd ! I thank Nick for helping me pursue and acquire one of my long term goals; even when I doubted myself he believed I could. Best experience ever

Very excited for this new and upcoming community. Really nice houses! Nick Villanueva has been the best to work with, professional, approachable and dependable. I honestly don’t know where to start 😫 but first & foremost I want to give a huge shout out to Kevin powers and Logan foster! They did their big one for me and my babies. The very first day I came into the office Kevin seen and heard how ambitious and dedicated I was to close off on a house this year and he did just that. He kept in touch throughout the entire process, never hide anything from me and most importantly I got my kids like he promise I would. I was so scared and anxious that i wouldn’t be able to but Kevin made a way for everything. Thank you so much LGI homes

It happend So Fast! I met with Luis on Aug. 5th and was moving into my new home on Aug. 30th!Luis listened to what my needs were and had exactly what I was looking for. He got Logan the loan officer involved quickly and Logan was off and running to get everything done for closing. It was really impressive how they called frequently to give me updates on the home and the loan and answered all my questions.I highly recommend LGI HOMES and Luis to find your forever home.Thank you Luis and Logan and to all the others behind the scene.

I just purchased a home in the Southaven community. Kevin along with my relator, Kenya made this process extremely easy. You can tell that Kevin loves what he does and wants to see you in a nice home. I’m hoping my new home brings me the peace that I had during the buying process.
