Rudy was exceptional and very helpful today. We could not get hot water in the middle of winter. I put in a maintenance request, and he came through, coordinated with the gas people, and bled out the gas line. After that, the hot water thermostat would not turn on. Just as we were able to give up, Rudy used his resources and was able to pull some Mcgiver shit to drain the electricity and got it running.Most people would have tried to get me to buy a new panel, but he fixed it without even needing to. In the middle of the work, we found out I was out of warranty, and he still came through to help us out.I am so grateful that good people like him exist because i dont know what my family and I would have done without hot water.

This guy is such a well-rounded individual and didnt miss a thing. I was so nervous as a first time buyer but his disposition and all of the questions he answered off the tip of his tongue was very relaxing. He manages an immense amount of homes and its still thorough. As a first time buyer I was very nervous as a first time buyer that he put me that he is with his professionalism and disposition. My first home came from LGI Homes the Lady Heather was the best ever, what can I say about Tara, and MJ all great people weve been friends with Heather we always can call her for advice shes never to busy to help us out with anything this truly is a great place to get yourself and Family a wonderful home they practically paid for everything else all we had to come up with was a thousand bucks I guess they know how to get them Homes gone if youre looking to purchase a great place at a great price hit them up they are very reasonable and helpful and friendly service Honest people thanks for a great place to live and a wonderful experience
