They go through their entire spiel so that you get a backdrop of what the organization/builder is about.The neighborhood looks nice and well kept thus far; but seems more like a stepford neighborhood to me. I dont like it when a neighborhood has homes that all look the same; same shapes and colors. -

I always like visiting LGI homes builders. Nice places, I wouldnt mind buying one. Ive visited lots of home builders since my wife used to work for one(with like 20+ locations), LGI always seems well organized and built at a nice pace, and the familiar name is good branding. Ive also visited the one out in Brookshire. I visited this one this time to drop off a catering order, the folks were very kind. -

Originally went to see Curtis but Angela was there to assist with all our needs. Angela was professional and friendly. She had a lot of knowledge and she took her time to explain all the essentials in the homebuying process. Great customer service βΊοΈ -
