Ben Delbosque has been such a blessing helping guide my husband and I find our dream home. He was so knowledgeable and available for us with any questions and concerns we had. Being 1st time buyers it was nice to have someone walking through this process that we felt we could trust in every way. I highly recommend Ben as an agent for your home hunting needs!

We walked into LGI to find out what we needed to do to be homeowners, Adam sat with us give us advice told us what to do. If we wanted to walk we would walk if we wanted to run. He was willing to run with us. He gave us so much knowledge and guided us along the way I highly recommend LGI, Adam Patterson was an amazing y’all go talk to him. We never thought we would be homeowners and we officially closed on our home today.

Thanks to Adam and all of his professional, honest and hard work, my family and I were able to purchase a home in this beautiful subdivision, nothing would’ve been possible without Adam, he is a great person and never gave up throughout the process, he kept in touch with all of the follow ups every week until the close date. If anyone is looking for a home in this subdivision with LGI I would recommend to go see Adam Patterson, specially if you are a first time home buyer, he has a lot of experience with Mortgages and all of the steps needed to get you and your family into a beautiful home!
