Oscar was the only reason my wife and I decided to purchase a home with LGI. He was very friendly and always keeping us informed. The process was easy. At first the lending officer acted like she didn’t want to deal with us when we met her at first but after we stated we are vets and we made well over what was needed for the home her attitude seem to change so what.Still had times where we would have to get a form or something and the email would be sent at 430pm and we would have to have it by the next day. Just things like that was aggravating but over all the process was easy. Oscar was the best part of the process. He still answers questions when we have them. Great guy.
