This has been the most exilerating and engaging two months with LGI Homes. Marriel and Chadd absolutely blew my mind with this new build home 🏡 purchase experience. I cannot say enough about how they handled me with care, responded timely, communicated effectively, and moved me through this process with integrity. Omar was amazing for my closing walk tour and Lisa (Notary) was efficient and precise with gathering my closing signatures. They did a remarkable job. Thank you for everything. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sales guys are pretty nice. Very welcoming. Started with Jay then Nick. Manager Eddie is the bomb.com Only issue is underwriters not being on 1 accord.

Our sales agent Chris Henderson was executed he had us sold from he started talking, everything he told us was true and easy, we love our new home at college park. LGI Homes at college park is wonderful. Our loan officer Chadd was excellent. Thank you guys. I highly recommend buying home at LGI Homes at College park.

Jay is the best! Great, energetic guy to work with! If you have an issue or need answers to your questions during the process of buying, and after, Jay Williams got you. Hell find out for you if he doesnt right then and there have an answer or solution to whatever the concern is. I had so many questions as a new home buyer, and he put my mind at ease informing me as much as I asked him to. He was so flexible in showing me the house when I was getting off work late. Jay does extremely well with customer service and multitasking as I witnessed on opening day of the first sales of these College Park homes. Im enjoying my house! LGI Homes is lucky to have him, as were lucky to be assisted by him.

So I had the opportunity with working with Mr. Jay Williams. And from the moment I walked in the door he was such a big ball of energy. Very informative, and gave me many options. Also when we viewed the house he was able to answer any question I had, like boom on the spot. He always answer my calls when I had more question. Never made me feel like I was bothering him. Just an uplifting spirit and a joy to be around. More like family and not just a customer . Thank you Jay and the LGI family

Outstanding customer service that I received from J. Williams. As soon as I walked through the door he greeted me and was very informative of the whole home buying process. He was the best!!! Very nice guy. Made the home buying process so much smoother for me .
