Larry Hayes is my Hero. Buying your first home in your mid twenties is probably one of the most stressful, confusing, complicated, overwhelming experiences but thanks to Larry’s help and guidance it was all worth it. Unfortunately our underwriters were not the best but when we needed answers or did not understand something with a simple text Larry was there for us. Honestly Larry was the only person I trusted throughout this whole process. In 2023 we did not get approved he told us to not lose hope that he would get us into a home just to wait a few months, guess what?! Few months later Larry is helping us close on our new home. Larry is the man, eternally grateful for him and when I do buy my forever home best believe it will be with Larry Hayes.

My husband and I recently closed on our first home in the Walnut Creek subdivision. Larry Hayes was our sales consultant, and was right by our side the entire step of the way. With it our first home purchase, we had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Larry was always very quick to respond and get any concerns addressed without hesitation. Between him, Derek Stauffer (construction Manager) and Alex Phillips (Warantee Consultant), we had the absolute best customer service and as smooth of a first time home purchase that we could’ve asked for. Lennar has an amazing team that goes above and beyond! 10/10 recommend!

Lennar surprised me, everything that they said they were going to do was done by the date they promised. Larry Hays our sales consultant was wonderful and helping. Helped us each step of the way . On a scale from 1-10 and 10 being the best I would rate Larry a 12! Awesome job and very happy to be apart of the Lennar family.
