The process wasnt without hiccups along the way, but I feel like the people at Lennar have done everything reasonable to make our new home everything we wanted it to be. Love the house, love the neighborhood. Glad to be home. -

Nice homes, but one thing Ive noticed is that some things arent finished in the detail works. Not all the trim work is painted, not all the tile is level, why ceiling fans arent standard in all rooms doesnt make sense, not all the trim molding is flush, gutters are only in the front of the house, and there are some low end things here and there, and for near and above $300k homes thats not good. -

I currently live in this neighborhood. I always feel safe. Amenities are good, but I still dont understand why it is going up every year. It is definitely one of the best neighborhood. If youd like to buy a house here, please compare hoa price and property tax rate with other area. -
