I shopped around for my home for over a year before finding my Lennar Home. This house was such a great deal that I thought it had to be a scam, but it wasnt! The neighborhood is beautiful, more than I ever expected! I have lived here almost a year now and the staff has went above and beyond for me, I get an immediate response, and they are always kind and courteous! Before you believe some of these reviews, come check it out for yourself because you wont regret it!Lyndsey Chapman

Lennar it is a great builder, but for new Home BUYERS, PLEASE have an agent to guide you through the process. They have few charges others builders dont. Having a sour taste as a new home buyer isnt good. Especially if you cant qualify with their mortgage, so PLEASE HAVE AN AGENT represent you and explain their ways before getting a home. Otherwise, enjoy your new Home !!! This industry MUST be fairly and equal to all buyers. My very honest opinion.

I moved into my home 2 weeks ago and have had very few problems. When I needed something Elizabeth was right on it to get it done. I love my new Lennar home.
