Ariel, our sales person, has been outstanding! We wanted to see a model home during the week and assumed the office was closed because it was after hours (6:30p) but fortunately for us Ariel was there. We told her we could come back but she insisted we stay and shed show us what houses were available. Well, we loved the model homes and are now in the process of purchasing a new home for our family. Ariel has been great and Lennar has made our home buying process seamless! -

The houses r like matchboxs they almost all look the same and r very cheaply made they have no yards or no streets left after everyone parks their vehicles....its ridiculous...i couldnt or would t ever live any where like this place or even near it....u have no privacy at all...everything u say or do is all able to be seen or heard from anyone outside within a block from where ur at...and some houses dont even have a back door that goes into their backyard....and half of the driveways r so steep that its not even funny....its just a quick cheap built neighborhood like so many of them that r built these days...its sad to think that anyone would even want to live that close to someone else because the space between the houses is maybe 10 ft in distance.... -
