Weve had great luck and have been in the home for about a month now. There have been a few things that went wrong but they repaired things very quickly. Our pipes didnt burst during the freezes. They were also very nice about letting us in before we closed to measure things and make sure all our things would fit where we wanted them. -

I would recommend this Lennar location. Good prices/ good location. Communication at times can be slow, so be patient. I would recommend using your realtor just so they can do the communication with the builder and make sure the process runs smoothly. If you need a realtor who works well with Lennar I recommend Natasha Campbell with Results Property Group, LLC. Let her know Ashley recommended you!
