I am very glad my realtor Vanessa Lima brought us to see John Bauer at Samara we were at a complete stopping point in the house buying process because they were so expensive everywhere, didn’t matter where we looked. Then We talked to john and went to look at some of the houses and weren’t able to come up with the numbers until he worked his magic and somehow got us into our dream home and got us closed within a month. Anybody I talk to about Lennar I recommend John to them every single time he’s been extremely helpful even after buying the house he still answers his phone and responds to any questions we have. We really didn’t know how easy it was to buy a house till we met John and decided to buy from Lennar we appreciate everything he did for us and will definitely continue to do business with Lennar on the next purchase!!
