The community is still under construction more homes are being built & the community plans are looking phenomenal & exciting! My children & I are super excited for the completion. Im SO glad to have connected with Jarrett Nunn at Lennar. We couldnt have asked for a more ⭐stellar⭐ agent to help my children & I get us into a new home. Hes provided us with outstanding service & kept me in the loop through the entire process. Super patient & always answered my questions & addressed my concerns through the entire process down to the closing/keys🔑.Not to mention, we had a really great realtor as well (Mrs. Rhonda Woda - look her up!!!❤️🏠)! Even our final walkthrough was great with James Hilburn (Lennar) - he is awesome!👍🏼Im very pleased that I went with Jarretts suggestion to choose Navarro Ranch Community as our forever home location. Its the perfect location & gives our family easy access to a number of other cities that are a short drive away for entertainment, shopping, healthcare, outdoor recreation, foodie spots, local hangouts & day trips.(I hope to come back at later time & give a review as the community develops & we settle in our new home.)UPDATE: Amenities (see pics) June 2024

During a recent visit to Navarro Ranch to view Lennar homes with clients, we were thoroughly impressed. Our sales rep, John, showcased exceptional professionalism and knowledge, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. The community itself stood out with its stunning design and well-thought-out amenities, striking a perfect balance between modern living and natural beauty. The homes were well-crafted, offering a range of features that appealed to our diverse client needs. Overall, the visit to Navarro Ranch was a delightful experience, largely thanks to Johns expertise and the undeniable charm of the community.

Nise Keenan is the best Lennar sales representative out there! She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and was able to come on her day off to show me and my client a house. She was great in helping him with the loan as well. Amazing service!

Staff was friendly in lobby area. We ordered our food and there was no long wait. Had burger combo, chicken strip combo, & wife had a burrito. We also ordered blizzards as well. Food was good.
