Great community, great neighbors great place for my kids to grow. I definitely recommend since the prices were great and way more affordable than any competencies also the quality is great. Only thing with me was they promised an HEB gift card for 1k and was not granted because closing took longer for me and a bit of a hassle. I did not like the process however I do love the home quality and community you get every cents worth. I would recommend getting the bigger lot even though it can be a couple thousand more since you will have more outdoor living that is my only regret not getting a bigger lot, but will work for now since I plan to upgrade in a couple years.

I dont live at Mission Del Lago, but my parents do and I think they have enjoyed their time here. With that being said, they have complained that the area is getting too crowded and are thinking about moving. Not too sure where just yet, but probably somewhere a little less crowded. Theres just too many people, especially during these corona times (the disease, not the beer). So yeah, well see what happens. Leave a comment and Ill provide an update in a few months!
