Luis Contreras was absolutely phenomenal. Luis was very knowledgeable, patient and showed he truly cares about the clients. I am a first time home buyer and the process can be scary and stressful but Luis and the Lennar team were amazing. A spectacular firework display in July! Lennar showed up and showed out! As a real estate professional I have the opportunity to visit many communities and work with many builders and their staff but I have NEVER EXPERIENCED the customer service that was given from Larry Hays! My client, who deserves red carpet treatment as do all of our men and women who serve or have served our country. We stepped into a time warp where a customer and their realtor were given attention, respect and inclusivity from start to finish all in 21 days.Larry shared everything with us and the opportunity to visit 2 communities and Emberly was the place to be for my client. Larry stopped at nothing, on a day that we celebrated our independence, he served my VA client to the fullest. A day to remember, he helped us find the home that matched our needs but then came all the bonuses and his time. Larry tirelessly walked us through to get an executed contract by this time from home past 11pm. Who does that?!??!! Lennar you did outstanding with having Larry as one of your staff. Phenomenal care and attention.Now let’s talk this Master planned community! It is off the charts even in its earlier stage of development. The amenities offered here in development meet the needs & desires of all people while boasting the popularity of sport, luxury, and relaxation all in one place; while offering affordable homes with the most bang for buck. Lennar stopped at nothing when their community covered all the basics with upgrades not to mention making sure their clients wouldn’t have to wait for internet services to move to them .. they built it into the community and its part of your HOA! Whoa; is right! Do not sleep on the up and coming sought out development that will be the talk of places to live in the Texas, just a few miles outside of Houston proper!Must see .. My husband and I just closed on our Lennar home in Emberly which we absolutely love. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for our sales agent Larry he made this whole process a wonderful buying experience for us from start to finish. Larry is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING i highly recommend, i would give him a 10+ :) our loan officer Nathon was also amazing throughout this process. The lennar team was def fast and efficient. You also need to check out their deals.
