Kelly was truly a great person to work with. Very accomodating and professional. Unfortunatly we were unable to follow through with our build due to a family situation, however when we have the chance to revisit again there is no question that we would be moving forward with Kelly and David Weekly homes.

The houses were nice. We found it odd that they built house behind each other facing the same direction with a shared road with just another house out to main road.$281 a month for home owner fees allows you to go to one of seven pools, a sand beach, use grills and in in senior area (55 and up) there are round year activities.Prices were low for Veridian ($413 - 428K) but over priced compared to the area of Alliance.Another thing Veridian has some seedy area near them.

If you are seeking a super responsive, informative, and professional Sales Rep for Lennar, look no further than Julie Petty. We are currently under contract and she has made this process very enjoyable thus far. She even sacrificed cookie baking time during the holidays to execute the contract for my client. Julie is a superstar!!!
