    Its a great neighborhood..its very quiet and clean. All the people in the neighborhood are friendly.. Ive been here for 9 months and I love it and one great thing is the hoa is about 50 bucks a month and they are relaxed not overbearing at all. And the how price includes fiber wire super hi speed wifi..its developing area..with a Costco and H.E.B. coming..traffic is not very bad..closest grocery store is 5 miles away around about. Brand new tom thumb and other stores..its great here.
