Lived here almost a year and my experience overall have been positive. The process for buying a home was straight forward. Cindy was very nice and Clive responsive for warranty on paint and texture wall issue. Confused why Window Caulk wouldnt be covered on warranty.... Otherwise, overall positive experience with staff and community members.

Cindy was a really knowledgeable resource. My fiance and I found her very friendly and professional. We especially appreciated that she took us to see some homes that were nearing completion so we could gauge the build quality against other builders wed seen in the area. Overall, we felt the homes were a great quality for the price and the floorplans were functional. We ended up going under contract with another builder in Hutto, but it was only because we preferred the neighborhood location. I would still recommend Lennar at Cotton Brook.
