Ali, our sales rep helped us out so much after a nine year exhausting search for homes. He went out of his way to find us a house that was almost ready based on the model we liked with the end of the year discount at $50,000 and giving us a fixed interest rate of 4.5% for 30 years After that long journey, he didn’t give us a sense of urgency to buy the house but completely caught our interest whereas we made a decision and we’re sure we wanted that house within 2 hours! I want to add he also showed us many houses as the one we bought stood out. He wasn’t trying to sell the most expensive he showed us cheaper houses and a wide range of them based on what we could’ve meet with our budget just in case that was all we could bu. He’s really natural at communicating with people on a personal level and knows how to find what one is interested in looking for; might I say he is very seasoned and tenured and his job! he is just as eager to help with any questions after selling the house as before and even got us some nice Middle Eastern dessert and dropped it off in our new house. He is as genuine as they come! I’m sure other team members are great on his staff, but I’ve never had such an experience and I don’t usually give a five star review.

I was sent a link about Lennar Homes. I really like the houses and designs. I wanted to see the houses, and Amanda was great. She answered all my questions. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to purchase a house at this time. I will have to make some changes in my finances. The staff is ready to help and they know their product.Burnet Homes and Sterling Point Homes are beautiful, except the master bedroom is by the kitchen.Yes, they move quickly, so be ready.
