I built a 3600 sf custom home on an acre lot with Steve in Northlake and the experience couldnt have been better! He was always quick to respond when I text/called and was very thorough when explaining things along the way as it was the first time I have built a home. He does quality work and doesnt cut corners. When I build again in the future, I will most definitely use Steve again! Highly recommend Legacy Classic Homes!

Working with Steve and Legacy Classic Homes was a great experience. Steve is an excellent communicator and really went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the “things” that were happening throughout the process of building. Custom home building will always come with challenges, but with Legacy Classic Homes, those challenges are meet with realistic and reasonable solutions. After interviewing 3 companies, I picked LCH because of Steve’s ability to understand my unique approach to building our home and his ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. One specific challenge was so BIZARRE it required attention on a daily basis for MONTHS! Steve never let up until it was 100% resolved (an AC unit that we eventually decided was possessed by satan, and thus replaced). I would highly recommend Steve and LCH.

Steve and Legacy Classic Homes is highly recommended for a custom home builder. We were involved every step of the way from designing our floor plan to final execution. Steve cares about a quality product and ensures he meets your expectations. Great communication throughout the entire process, so we were never left guessing on anything. If the opportunity arises, we wouldnt hesitate to use Steve and Legacy Classic Homes again in the future.
